Meet Our Founder

Mary Jane Trautman is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at The HR Wiz, a pioneering provider of Human Capital solutions to forward-thinking SMBs and Enterprise companies. An active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), she is a Talent Acquisition Leader and HR Management expert. Her passion has been in supporting people-focused, innovative companies to build and develop high-performance teams geared for strategy execution. Before embarking on her entrepreneurial journey, MJ held various TA leadership and HR Business Partner roles within large complex Fortune 500 organizations and for the last five years has partnered with fast-growing startups around the world.
